$73,000 raised during the Soirée Haute Cuisine 2019

The Soirée Haute Cuisine took place on March 19, 2019. This annual evening which combines philanthropy and gastronomy is also the opening evening of the Québec Exquis festival!
27 restaurateurs and local growers had concocted delicious morsels for the 250 guests, paired with a selection of fine wines from Val de Loire.
Jean-François St-Germain, Vice-President of Public and Parapublic Markets at TELUS Quebec, presided over the event as honorary president and he was supported by a devoted and very generous honorary committee. The event raised $73,000 for the benefit of the Fondation Tel-jeunes!
